Stephen co-founded the Ecommerce Association of Ireland and heads up Magento Commerce Community activity in Ireland. Stephen’s research interest lies in the transformative effects of Ecommerce on traditional B2B businesses. My talk will highlight the size of the B2B market, the opportunities and advantages for manufacturers, distributors and brands in opening up a digital commerce channel and some key customer context considerations when designing, building and marketing a B2B platform.
