The IRP platform, which was developed in-house has transacted in excess of £1 billion sales online for UK and Irish retailers. The latest feature within the IRP is the DeepAgent artificial intelligence engine, which uses pattern matching to predict the probabilities of a customer buying on a site and then intervenes when necessary to close the sale. It is already seeing amazing results with some sites seeing an increase of 100% in sales through the use of the DeepAgent feature.

Irish companies that have benefited from using the IRP’s award winning technology have included the world’s largest online bike store, Chain Reaction Cycles, Irish jewellery retailer, Argento and leading golf retailer, HalpennyGolf.com.

IRP Commerce is a trading name for Export Technologies, which was founded in 2005. The company currently employs 20 people.
