I thought the event was excellent. The short bursts of speakers kept everyone’s interest high and the broad range of topics helped too. I feel that with an audience of retailers, they needed to see the value in a day away from the business and I think this was achieved fantastically by your team. It was a hugely worthwhile trip, on both information and networking aspect. I look forward to the next one!

I think it was a very good overview of the industry. It touched on all aspects without going into too much detail of each part so regardless of the angle that entrants were coming from, everyone would have got something from it I think.
The expo was very informative, a wonderful event, especially for a first time one. Ran very smoothly & there were no hitches at all. As a photographer of the event, I felt very welcomed by all involved and that made my job all the easier! Job well done all round and look forward to the next one!

Great vene, very convenient to get to from M50 and lots of parking available. Sometimes found temperatures a bit cool, especially during lunch and nearer the end of the expo in the main conference room but that could be down to air con or else I was just tired! Overall though, a great venue for an event like this.
